Notify the employees of OOO "PanaTrans" about the arriving cargo and provide data for the accounting document not later than three days before the expected arrival of the ship at the port of Novorossiysk in tabular form DOWNLOADING FORM at the following email addresses:

To receive necessary documents at the OOO «PanaTrans» office you should provide the following:

Original OOCL Bill of Lading properly endorsed (if original has been issued).
If no original Bills of Lading have been issued, we suggest to use use the instruction for checking telex releases on the Line's website -
Original power of attorney from the consignee issued to a legal entity (forwarder) and original power of attorney from the forwarder issued to an individual (courier), you should also have the stamp of your organization.
If the cargo recipient is an individual, the power of attorney must be notarized. In case there are several powers of attorney issued sequentially, the right of substitution and identical rights should be indicated in all powers of attorney.
Please note that all original powers of attorney remain in the office of OOO “PanaTrans”.

No invoices are processed without an order issued for the forwarder, the contract and the relevant attachment to the contract.
Email requests for placing containers for inspection / examination / weighing in the form are accepted from Monday to Thursday until 17.30, on Friday until 16.30 (Saturday and Sunday – day offs) to the following contacts:

To request a container release you will need:
- Original powers of attorney and receiving documents at OOO «PanaTrans» office
- Signed contracts and attachments
- Order issued for the forwarder
- To transfer the required amount of money to the settlement account of OOO «PanaTrans»
